City of Belfast Youth Orchestra members perform for US Presidential Visit

String octet perform for the visit of President Joe Biden to Ulster University.

Members of the City of Belfast Youth Orchestra were honoured to be asked to perform at Ulster University’s Belfast Campus during the recent visit of US President Joe Biden.

Eight string players were invited by US Consulate and Ulster University to represent the EA City of Belfast School of Music and all the young musicians of Belfast.

They gave excellent performances before a distinguished audience of politicians, civic leaders, Young entrepreneurs and the world’s press and were excellent ambassadors for the Education Authority.
