- Minimum Grade 1 standard
- Membership is £128.63 per annum (£115.76 for each additional child) for the academic year 2026/27. Those families in receipt of Free School Meals will receive a 70% remission and the cost will therefore be £38.59 (£34.73 for each additional child).

Elementary Strings rehearses on Saturday mornings from 9am to 10.45am in Fane Street Primary School, Belfast. It is open to string players who have achieved a minimum level of Grade 1 on their instrument.
