Entry requirements
- Post-Primary level
- Membership is £59 per annum (£53 for each additional child) for the academic year 2026/27. Those families in receipt of Free School Meals will receive a 70% remission and the cost will therefore be £18 (£16 for each additional child).
- Pupils who don't receive EA instrumental tuition are welcome to apply. Parents/carers should contact office below to check suitability

The Fermanagh Intermediate String Orchestra is open to all pupils who play string instruments in Post Primary Schools.
Weekly rehearsals take place in Mount Lourdes GS Main Assembly Hall after school on Thursdays, 3.45pm-4.45pm.
Repertoire is varied and challenging and from many different styles and genres; from well-known baroque and classical masterpieces right through to popular music from the stage and screen.
The FISO perform in two concerts per year; one around Christmas (in St. Michael’s College GS) and another at the end of the Spring term, normally in The Ardhowen Theatre.
