2025/2026 is set to be another busy year of Music Service events with a full programme of orchestra, bands and ensemble concerts, workshops and participation in festivals.

More than 500 young musicians from schools across the north Antrim and mid Ulster area came together for the EA Music Spring Gala 2026 (Thursday 26 March 2026), a major celebration of youth music hosted in partnership with Ulster University at its Coleraine Campus.
The EAMusic Endangered Instruments of the Orchestra project in partnership with the Ulster Orchestra continues strong for its 4th year thanks to a recent funding award from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland!
EA Music Omagh Ensembles were recently visited by Phil Coulter, one of Northern Ireland’s most well-known musician/song writers; ‘Congratulations’, Ireland’s call and ‘Puppet on a String’ are a few songs that you might recall.
Musicians from EA Music were delighted to be asked by Ulster University to perform at the recent ceremony conferring an Honorary Doctorate on Sir James Galway.
